Our main drain was clogged so I contacted Strong plumbing based on the 'strong' reviews on Homestars. Valentin communicates fast and well. He provided an estimated arrival time, which makes things easier for me so I can arrange time off. He is very professional and listens to my questions with patience. He takes time to answer my questions. He explains what he is doing as he is doing it, which I really appreciate. The problem is solved quickly. Thank you very much!
