A most polite Valentin arrived promptly, did our repair efficiently, cleanly and quickly. We've had other plumbers in the past who were never as courteous and respectful to us and our property. Val went the extra mile ensure that the area inside our home was kept clean and as dust free as possible. He did not damage our drywall to the extent that patching and taping needed to be done but he was precise in his locating and cutting out of our ceiling to access the pipe. He replaced the faulty "so called" frost-free outdoor faucet and has given us copper piping with our new faucet. He took the time to instruct my husband and I on how to operate and maintain our new faucet with the indoor shutoff and draining valve.
