Steve, of Kara Painting, has been excellent right from the first quote, through the communication leading up to the scheduling of the job. We are really pleased with the quality of the work and will definitely have Steve return for further work at our home.

I was very happy with the job Steve did. He was patient when we needed to change my initial choice of colour. He arrived on time every day and cleaned up after he was done. The paint job looks great! I would highly recommend Kara painting!

Kara Painting Did the Painting for our kitchen reno. Steve was meticulous and detailed oriented . Steve was very helpful in our colour choices and even told us what lightbulb colour was better for our kitchen. Steve (Steve Karakostas) and his colleges at Kara painting were professional and friendly right from the start. Steve came to my condo and gave me a very reasonable flat rate quote. Kara Painting crew was always on time, tidy, and courteous. They also did the work quickly, but seemingly not at the expense of quality of the job. Steve meticulously removed electrical wall plates, door knobs etc before painting and covered them well. He left the condo without any drops of paint splatter. I had Steve to come and do the final coat of painting after the hardwood floor installation and he was very helpful and flexible - he had to repaint the whole trims all over again and he did a splendid job! At the end he labelled gave me touch up paints with a warranty for his job. I’m very satisfied, and highly recommended Steve and his team.

I don't know much about painting other than what little I've done myself. We needed most of our basement and upper bedrooms repainted in our townhouse a year ago, and Steve was extremely professional, cared for the smallest attention to detail and when the work was complete, we were awe-struck. The finish was clean and the job was done ahead of schedule and under budget. Steve and his team are simply the best painters I've ever known in Toronto.

I shopped for a well-priced and exceptional painting team for painting of 5+ new rooms, 1 existing, 2 new/old hallways and refinishing of 3 flights of oak stairs. Of 4 interviews, Steve's price was great, manner was pleasant, response was wonderful. The work? I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER! Amazing quality with attention to detail all around! Good work takes time and attention and Steve's team was focused on the end game which was quality. Thanks Steve, Costa and George. I'll call you when I redo the other rooms!

Steve just completed an extensive job on our home which involved significant patching, priming and specialized products. Steve moved all the furntiture and took down switch plates,draperies and hardware etc...things most painters expect the homeowner to do. He left the house spotless each day. He replaced all hardware and furniture and rehung drapes. He was on time each day, friendly and courteous. He listened to what we wanted and was able to give advice when asked. The paint job itself was perfect.

Steve painted most of my condo three years ago and did a great job. When I renovated the kitchen and bathroom recently I asked him to return to do those two areas.

I am impressed by his professionalism, attitude and quality of painting and would recommend him to anyone.

He did the exact colour scheme we wanted. The paint still looks fresh and it has been 10 months since he painted. He was always on time, provided good feedback on our colour choices and courteous.

Kara painting is a great company, exceptional service, answered all my questions. very good people to deal with. The job they did on my condo was a exceptional, even my realtor commented on how much she like their work.
