We had our family room re-painted - a smaller job but it required the bay window and the munton (sp?) bars to be painted as well as 2 ceilings since our kitchen is connected, and all the baseboards. We also had a huge hole in the hall that needed to be patched properly and the ceiling there fixed as well. A fiddly job. Steve did an excellent 10 star job! He's also very professional - comes in on time and leaves the work space tidy every night. I hired Steve Karakostas after receiving quotes from two other painters. Everyone was in the same range (reasonable) but what made Steve stand out was his thorough quote which was emailed promptly in a detailed PDF with his terms and inclusions. Everyone else just scratched the price on a piece of scrap paper. He never asked for a down payment - I realized after I paid him at the end. He also followed up with a written warranty on his work!! WOW - that's attention to detail.
I've added his before and after shot - this hole was hard as it went right to the crown molding and he did a perfect job in patching. I can't tell the difference.
