Sam The Handyman

I recently located Sam on Homestars and am happy to report that all of the great things said about him - are true! We had a lot of exterior work that needed to be done to include water sealing, flashing and extensive concrete and masonry work. He also put a new flat roof on our garage. Sam is very nice to deal with and he explains everything. After our first meeting he followed up right away with a detailed quote. And once the job was finished he went over every detail with my husband and I. I will gladly hire Sam again and will recommend him to my family and friends.
