Torsion spring broke on my garage door, had both springs replaced.
When I called I got all the information I needed. The technician (who's name I'm sorry to say I forgot) came at the exact time I was told on the phone, explained what he was going to do and in 1 hour had both torsion springs replaced. He also replaced some missing screw nuts, lubed the door hinges and checked the door in general without me even saying anything.
I have to say I am very happy with the service I received today and I would recommend Markham Garage Doors to anyone else.
