We choose Purple Properties after interviewing 2 other companies. The project scope included demolition of the entire condo "to the studs", new appliances and furniture plus completion in a little over 3 months.
From the moment we met the design consultant, Jordan, we knew who we were going to give the project to. Jordan's calm, affable personality put us at ease.
We worked with Rowan, the owner, for the entire project. Rowan was professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. In fact Rowan's entire team and supplier partners reflected these traits.
Rowan drove us to suppliers on multiple days to pick out trim, finishes, material etc. This was part of the service provided by Purple Properties. Its a nice touch and much appreciated.
The project was completed on time to our gratitude as we were set to go out-of-country for 5 months. It wasn't on budget but that's no fault of Purple Properties. We just chose the more expensive options and don't regret it at all. The renovations turned out great! We are super happy and highly recommend Rowan and his team.
