Ccs Duct Cleaning

I purchased a voucher on WagJag and have had a HORRIBLE experience. Twice I made an appointment and no one showed up and no one called. I did find out that they had a death in the family and because I was sympathetic, I made a third appointment. Due to very poor communication on CCS's end, they never booked in my third appointment. After that they stopped responding to my emails and I could not reach them on the phone either. I feel I was more than patient with them but finally I have called WagJag for a refund and I will be telling my friends and family to stay away from CCS Duct Cleaning. It's too bad, they appeared to be a reputable company but poor communication and bad business skills is likely going to drive this company into the ground.
Update: The owner of CCS Duct Cleaning, in his response, is claiming that I am a competitor in his industry. I am, in fact, a homeowner & consumer who has had a terrible experience with CCS Duct Cleaning. I have never worked in the duct cleaning industry and HomeStars has done its due diligence to confirm that I am a legit customer (ex-customer) of CCS Duct Cleaning. So, please keep my review in mind when selecting your next duct cleaning service provider.
