Spring BBQ Clean Up

Their work exceeded our expectations. I don't think we realized how bad the Q was until it got its house call! LOL! Aside from the actual work completed on the day of their visit, BARBECUE Pros are really good at communicating with you throughout the booking, scheduling and follow up.

barbecue cleaning

Cleaning was done very well, although we thought the outside of the barbecue would also be shined up. Not a huge issue, probably our misunderstanding. Tech was very efficient and left our terrace very clean. He was also very polite and presented himself and the company very well.

The exterior of the BBQ is supposed to washed, dried, and polished at every appointment with no exceptions. Orwell from Barbeque Pro did an AMAZING job! I was expecting someone with a degreaser to show up and do the job in half an hour or so. But Orwell completely disassembled the barbeque and cleaned and polished everything down to the metal. When finished, the unit looked showroom ready, it was really amazing. Service was first rate, polite, punctual and high quality, will be doing this every 2 years or so w/out reservation.
