My longtime tenant was recently hospitalized. His wife died years ago he had been declining before the pandemic. Slowly things began to slide, his health and his ability to cope with his day to day life. After calling the ambulance, I walked back into his apartment and was shocked by the state of it. It was obvious he hadn't cleaned in years and more recently he physically couldn't. The problem was compounded by my tenant's pet cat of 17 years, the smell was fierce. I spent a few days processing the problem, and after calling several extreme clean services, with no luck, I found my way to GTA Property Service. I called Chad, the owner, and made an appointment to meet and assess the apartment. My concern was to make sure my longtime tenant was going to be coming back to a clean and healthy environment. This was going to be meticulous work, his things needed to be removed sanitized and put back. Chad was professional, knowledgeable and assured me that with the proper approach and cleaning plan, the unit would be restored. In two days Tracey and Harold, the team leaders of 4 lovely compassionate individuals painstakingly cleared the rubbish, cleaned, sorted and organized all of his belongings, cleaned walls, ceilings and floors, and sanitized every surface. In a word, the place looked and smelled incredible! They all did an outstanding job. Thank you GTA Property Service Group!
