I had Mitchell come and clean my BBQ for me. Now, we use our BBQ nearly every day and it hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years. Poor Mitchell was covered in black grime within an hour but that grime was on Mitchell and off of our BBQ. Looks like we won't be replacing this 10 year old BBQ for at least another few years, it looks brand new!

Logan was the gentleman that cleaned and repaired my BBQ. He was knowledgeable and very thorough. I found him to be very friendly and polite. I was very happy with my BBQ , it looked and worked like new.

After the 3rd attempt to fix my gas log set, Akin, a stellar tech guy finally fixed the problem. Jon at the office was great on the CS side and made me feel okay about the complaints I had. Speedy service second to none.
I would use this company again as i also had by tired Webber stripped down and cleaned to almost new!
Good to see that this company values the customers that they service.
Hard to get a customer...easy to lose...so these guys know the secret!

The job was superbly done; our BBQ looks like new! The service was also excellent - our technician (Logan) couldn't have been more helpful, accommodating or pleasant. He arrived on time even though we booked months earlier and was able and patient enough to answer my myriad of questions! I highly recommend this company.

The technician arrived when promised. He was very courteous and fast. Recommended replacement parts ( my unit is older), and the quote/invoice was processed the same day. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I look forward to having them service my griil again.

They arrived on time - were polite, hardworking, and thorough. Restored a pretty old bbq to close to new. Left our property spotless. Excellent value and would not hesitate to use them again.

I have a 13 year old Broil King that I use pretty much all summer. After BBQ Pro's visit it honest to God looks like it just came out of the box. The grills shine like they did the first day I put the BBQ together. They literally took the entire BBQ apart and made it like new.

These guys are the best, I can't imagine there is anyone better. The only way my BBQ could be better is if they just bought me a new one, and even then, I'm not certain I'd really be able to distinguish the difference!!

They came as scheduled. The person working took apart the whole unit and thoroughly cleaned it. He made it look like it was new. Could not be more pleased.

My BBQ was so dirty I couldn't cook anything without turning the whole thing on fire. I was thinking to buy a new one when I was recommended Barbeque Pro.
I called them and their customer service is great. They did their best to book an appointment ASAP, and 2 weeks later they came on time for clean up.
When I came back from work, my old Weber was all shiny and impossible to recognize. IT'S BACK TO LIFE!!!
Place was left without any mess and I could cook it right away.
Best service ever !!!!
