Poor Service

I won't use BBQPro again. One of two servicemen was sloppily dressed, mumbled a few words, and appeared to have no expertise. Without asking they disconnected my BBQ from the gas line -- never necessary before -- and carried it roughly down steps instead of using a ramp right beside the steps. They didn't know how to reinstall the knobs. They left a drip pan full of dirty water: when I pointed it out they said only that more water had to drip from the main unit and did nothing to clean it. And 2 hours after they left, the igniter started spontaneously clicking (luckily a family member heard it and I could stop it).
