Reliable Home Comfort

Purchased my first home last year and needed a humidifier for my furnace replaced. I found them on here and the reviews are correct. Rob and Jamie came to install the humidifier and Just had them back for a pre-winter check up this year. Having an older furnace and they give you the straight truth no scare tactics. They do a great Job for a great price, I would highly recommend them if you need any furnace needs!

I had RHC install A/C & Furnace installed last year and called them for annual maintenance. Darryl helped setup something immediately as his crew was around. Darrin Cabral showed up and explained me how the units were and cleaned up both Furnace & A/C. He also explained how cleaning the carbon from furnace and sides of A/C along with filter change helps increase the overall unit life. Its been great experience with RHC and wanted to thank you guys for excellent service. Thank You.

Had a new air conditioner supplied and installed. Excellent work from Daryl, Darrin and Rick. Explained everything to me, did a great job, extremely pleasant and tidy with their work. They even discovered a problem with my venting at the furnace and repaired this as well as did an inspection on my furnace. We were very happy with the overall service and would definitely work with them again for our heating and air conditioning need. Glad we found them on homestars!!

Had a difficult time trying to find a company that would quickly come out and have a look at problems I was experiencing with my A/C or furnace - at the time I didn't know which. Reliable Home Comfort was quick to set up an appointment (with Darryl, who was most accommodating). Darren the technician was great - he explained everything thoroughly and thankfully it was a quick fix. I was so happy with the surface I asked that my humidifier be replaced (ancient) and furnace be cleaned for upcoming winter months. I highly recommend them.

When our mystery leak in the basement turned out to be coming from the furnace, I knew just who to call: Dave, "our" furnace guy for 3 years now. As always, Dave showed up on time (I don't know how he does it). He quickly removed the valve that had become clogged with debris, cleaned it out and presto, no more leak! And bonus: Dave is always fun to talk to, as well.

Reliable Home Comfort is great. We've used them before and were very happy with their work in the past installing a new furnace and A/C at our old place. So we knew who to call when we needed to add humidifiers (two of them) to our furnaces and install a BBQ gas line. They were quick and efficient and did a wonderful job. We would highly recommend.

When our AC stopped working, we called Dave for a service call (we thought he was great when he serviced the unit in 2014 so had kept his number!). He came on the same day and told us our AC needed to be replaced. Reliable gave a competitive price, and they were able to book our install for the next day. We were very impressed with our installers Darrin and Rick. Not only were they able to install the new unit cleanly, but also relocate the AC to a better spot on our property despite the extra work that involved. They were nice to deal with, and did a terrific job. I highly recommend Reliable Home Comfort.

Mid-summer. Water coming out of the furnace. Air conditioning?! Uh-oh... A quick call to Reliable Home Comfort and we had a skilled technician at the house the very next day. And Dave was absolutely great. Incredibly knowledgable, a wonderful representative for the company and an all-around nice guy.
