Darryl came out on the Saturday of a long weekend (two hours after my initial call) to take a look at my 15 year-old furnace, and gave me honest and straightforward advice on whether to repair or replace the unit, taking care to ensure that I didn't feel pressured into making a quick decision. We decided to get a new furnace, and Rob and Jamie were out three days later with a new unit which was installed quickly, safely, and professionally. They took care to keep the house clean while they were installing, and left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived. The new furnace works great, and I would recommend them to anyone.
