Our furnace stopped working late one evening during the recent "polar vortex". We were able to get hold of Rob who ensured that we were his first service call of the day. He quickly identified the problem which was a malfunctioning exhaust fan which shut down the entire system. He ordered up a new fan and within a few hours he had our furnace running perfectly.
