Better than what is available in hardware stores
I would recommend this company to purchase a range hood. Their support services take a few days to respond, but otherwise, the product quality is better than what is available in hardware stores.
Three-speed range hood is only one-speed with three on buttons
I purchased the 120V / 60Hz Tornado 30" under-cabinet range hood, which is described to have three speeds and a maximum 700 cu. ft. per minute (CFM) airflow. All three speed buttons run the fan at exactly the same speed, and certainly nowhere near the 700 CFM rating. Two emails to the company have remained unanswered. My conclusion is that this device is either defective and should be replaced, or the product is misrepresented. Customer service is not existent. Avoid doing business with this company unless you live in Burnaby.
