Furnace and central air unit installed, just got serviced

Richard came, cleaned furnace, we discussed maintenance. Then he cleaned our central air unit, he spent time cleaning the cooling fins and straigthening them out! Also discussed what I can do between services to keep in good condition. Richard spent the time to talk to me and answer my questions! All really good. Office stayed on top and made sure he was there and any follow ups.
