I was very impressed with Alex the first time I met him when he came to inspect my property to discuss the work. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. His crew arrived Saturday and again on Monday. They finished the job and were very professional.
I have no complaints with the City Wide crew. I was so glad that I went with City Wide and even more pleased with Alex. A true asset to the company.

Alex, from City Wide Group was recommended for my waterproofing needs. I had rain water entering my cold room. Alex came in and did a thorough investigation of the issue and some additional tracing using infrared imaging to locate moisture areas in my basement. Alex then explained the options I could chose from. His crew was punctual and efficient. They excavated down to the footing by hand and replace the weeping tiles and waterproofed the exterior wall per the plan. The crew was very professional and tidy. They did and excellent job backfilling and re-doing the interlock. Alex came on site each day to supervise and check that the work was performed per the contract. He was also very patient with me and answered all questions I had.

I am satisfied with the work performed and would highly recommend City Wide Group to my network and anyone checking out reviews on this website. I am thankful my relative recommended Alex for the job.

The crew were amazing, hard working and always showed up on time. The job was completed in less amount of time predicted. Excavating was all done by hand which was amazing to watch their skill. Once the job was completed, they cleaned the surrounding area and left it in pristine conditions. There were no complaints from our neighbours! Alex was an absolute pleasure and was always available should we have any questions but there were none as the job was completed as planned. I highly recommend The Citywide Group Inc.!

Greta experience with the City Wide Group. Beginning with the estimate delivered by Richard, who was great at walking us through the process of repairing the crack in our basement foundation and to the actual repair. The crew was amazing ! Arrived at the time promised and proceeded to work . Left site as clean as when they arrived. I will certainly recommend City Wide to any of my friends and neighbors.

I feel compelled to write this review. I was looking for a company to perform waterproofing, and a friend recommended City Wide. I contacted them and Alex (Vieira) showed up to provide me with a quote. I ended up selecting City Wide to do water proofing for my house. It was the right decision. They did an excellent job. It was done professionally, on time and on budget. What amazed me the most is that they didn't use any machines for digging. It was important for me, since I have an old, rickety house. I would recommend City Wide to friends and family without any hesitation.

Very happy with the service. We had multiple cracks and they were fixed promptly. The crew were hardworking and very polite. Casey provided daily updates which was very much appreciated. Very pleased with the completed job, including the cleanup. Now wait for the test... a big rainstorm.

Extremely professional in the services they provided. Gave a free estimate. Provided friendly after hours communications. Scheduled us in to fix 2 cracks in foundation with minimal notice (less than a week). Crew showed up and got the job done in one day. Clean up was fantastic, never would have known they dug two holes. It is not often you get great service these days, but my wife and I were blown away with the service we received here.
