About two weeks after closing the deal on my home, I discovered a crack in the foundation which allowed water to leak into the basement whenever it rained or snow melted. I contacted City Wide for a free quote. Tony came to my home and provided an onsite quote. He was very professional, did a thorough inspection of the area and took measurements and explained everything to me. I also contacted two additional companies but decided to go with City Wide Group as Tony was very professional and thorough and I was most comfortable with him.
The repair was done by Carl and Carl (Father and Son team). They were very professional, they arrived on time, showed me stages as the job was being done so I could take pictures and completed the job in 1 day!!. I could not have asked for a better team. City Wide Group was hired to fix a crack in our house foundation wall which allowed water to enter our basement. Their Project Manager, Foundation Specialist Alex provided an on-site quote. He was very courteous and explained in detail what they would do to fix the crack. Alex has high integrity and professionalism. He takes pride and responsibility in his work and treats the customer nicely. When the job went ahead, two guys dug the hole and performed the repairs in about 5 hours. Alex returned another day to collect payment and to give us the Certificate of Guarantee. If ever needed again I would hire City Wide Group.

We had noticed a leak for many months in our finished basement. When summer can we were able to dig down slightly to find a crack in our foundation. Researching for help, we came upon City Wide group with the 2019 Consumer Award Stamp on a mailer that arrived at our place. We scheduled an appointment and met Alex. When he came to our house to assess the situation.
He was very knowledgeable , professional and courteous through this difficult Covid Pandemic.

I had a few foundation cracks in my unfinished basement (some were visible inside and outside) and Alex came out to take a look. He provided amazing customer service. I had other companies come out and try to sell me every product they possibly could just to take my money. However, Alex made me feel very comfortable and was extremely honest. He told me that the area of the crack was not a concern as it was located in the mechanical room area - I just had to monitor it for now and fix the crack (as it was not leaking) when I decided to finish the basement. The other cracks that were only visible from the outside, were settlement cracks at a corner and were just cosmetic. I definitely recommend Alex / the company for your foundation needs.

I was very impressed with Alex the first time I met him when he came to inspect my property to discuss the work. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. His crew arrived Saturday and again on Monday. They finished the job and were very professional.
