Fixing concrete Slab and basement wall
We had them fix a wall from our basement and the concrete slab sitting on top. 1st they hired a bunch of unprofessional contractors that worked only 2-3 hours a day and didn't even wear hard hats or steel toe boots while breaking up heavy concrete. They entire stair leading to our backyard has sunk. And now there is cracked in the slab.... the slab because it was built incorrectly is leaking through below to the other wall and damaging that wall. They gave us a lifetime "warranty" but are refusing to come and do the work to fix the problems they caused.
They also wants is to sign a full filament and release so they don't have to warranty the work anymore and it is the only way they will fix the work.
Don't use this vendor. They are horrible, unethical, and very unprofessional.
