I am writing this note to showcase my utmost appreciation on the professional work done by City Wide group at my Kitchener homes basement water-leaking issues during December 2022.

When we initially discovered the water-leaking issues on our basement, we were confused of the root cause, as none of the other contractors were confident of the actual cause, but then we had the privilege of interacting with Jamie from City Wide Group, who after having a detailed inspection, triage and analysis convincingly designed a solution that fits within our budget. From there-on, we have had the privilege to experience similar professionalism and workmanship from this team until today. They were always at your disposals, patient and attentive to our calls even did site-visit after the business hours .

The crew has completed the repair/maintenance of basement waterproofing and sump-pump installation job in record time ( ahead of the schedule), showed great care in their work around the foundation of my house and cleaned up beautifully after the job.
During the course of the work, the City Wide team had briefed my almost on a daily basis on the progress of the job, the details of the damage/clogging observed on weeping tile along with pictures, also shown me the pictures of various remedial measures almost on a day to basis until the final completion.

I found this is as a very professional experience and found the team very skillful in this space. I would like to thank again City Wide group, Jamie and their entire crew for the outstanding work in restoring my basement to livable condition in record time.
