Tip Top Trough

We have an older house that needed full replacement of eavestroughs, soffits, etc. It's a large job and was a hot day, they worked efficiently and our neighbours all commented on how polite and professional they were. The house looks polished and most importantly we're not worried about the next rain storms or getting a massive cleaning done after the leaves fall. Costs were clearly agreed to before any work was done.

I contacted TTT looking for a quote to repair and re-slope a section of our eavestrough as well as a cleaning. Their office was pleasant to deal with and provided a detailed quote that included a description of the proposed work along with and itemized cost breakdown. It was great to see such transparency from a contractor in this regard. At the time, the city was going through a period of heavy rains, so it did take about 3 weeks before a crew could finally come to site - understandable. The crew they sent were friendly, professional, and communicated with us through the whole process. Great work TTT!

A small bungalow in upper beaches: needed eaves trough, soffit and facia replaced and downspout moved. Excellent work and cleanup provided by friendly Tip Top staff. I am a repeat customer and highly recommend Tip Top Trough.

While there was a breakdown in communication between the office and myself, that doesn't take away from the work that was completed - which this review is based on. We noticed that one end of a gutter would overflow during an average rainfall. Had Tip Top come out to the house to inspect the gutter and they found it was blocked and, unlike the rest of our eavestrough, there was no leave guard.

The team removed the blockage and will be back to install a cover over the top eavestrough.

Very professional job.

A tree had been struck by lightning and a big fallen branch bent the garage eavestrough away from the roof. Tip Top Troughs straightened the existing metal eavestrough, reattached it at the proper angle, put the screening back in place, and replaced the old downspout (which had been damaged a few years ago). They tested everything for leaks and for proper drainage, and cleaned up and removed all the debris.

The staff were prompt and courteous.
