Pierce answered my email requesting a quote for new eavestroughs the next business day. He came by to make an estimate, and provided us with a quote and suggestions all within a couple days. He is always at the end of the phone when I have questions and concerns, usually after hours. And, when his crew arrived, they were on time, did a beautiful job (including the installation of a rain barrel) and were out before we even returned from work. It has to have been the most simple house transaction we've ever made, and the results are beautiful. And, I don't worry when it rains anymore! Thank you, Tip Top!

On a windy night, we were woken up by a very loud rattling noise. After realizing that the sound was coming from out side, we grabbed flashlights and went to check around the house. Our eaves trough had come loose and was banging against the house. With a baby trying to sleep the noise was unbearable. The following morning we call Tip Top Trough and told them our problem. By that afternoon they had someone on site to repair and re-secure the broken pieces. they also replaced all of the nails holding in our entire trough around the house, to make sure this would not happen again.

The prompt and terrific service was really what we needed to put our minds at ease.

The quote Pierce provided was not the lowest I received but he was creative in coming up with a good solution to repairing and partially replacing our eavestroughs. He started the work when said he would and did it in a timely fashion.

He made sure to follow up with me after the first rainstorm and agreed to come back to fix a spot that was still leaking in a timely way.

Through the whole process he was available to answer any questions I had and provided thoughtful advice.

A heavy snow storm in Toronto had caused a small portion of my eaves to come down. I had used Tip Top before so I called them and they came within the week to access situation.
