I would recommend this company to my family and friends. Pierce provided fair quote and everything was explained very clearly. I had questions they were answered promptly. The crew came at scheduled date and completed the job and left the work site very clean. The crew was friendly and easy to talk to and did an excellent job. The good thing is that repairs come with a warranty.

I saw a sign on my neighbour's lawn and thought I'd give TipTop a call to have my troughs cleaned. I spoke with a lovely lady who sent me a quote in writing. A proposed date was provided and I received a reminder note a day prior to their arrival. The job was completed while I was at work and I was very pleased to see my garden was untouched and the work was done without any mess. The troughs were overflowing prior to the work and now they flow perfectly when it rains. I would recommend Tip Top and will use them again. A great value without any fuss!

After heavy rains in the city resulted in basement flooding on two separate occasions it became obvious that we had an Eavestrough issue. We had many companies come to quote on the work. Pierce from Tip Top Trough provided a site visit and quote quickly and was extremely professional and personable. Unlike other companies, he actually spent some time trying to diagnose the problem (and he was correct it seems!). The work was completed in a timely manner for a fair and competitive price. It was obvious during a walk through of the newly installed eavestroughs that all Tip Top Trough employees take pride in their work as the installation team walked me step by step through the entire job. It was a real pleasure working with them and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Pierce's guys did a great job. Showed up early and replaced the eaves at the front of the house and added to the addition at the back. When they were gone you couldn't tell that they were there. Site was immaculate, job looks good. Stood up to the crazy storm and for the first time in a year water didn't seep in the window!

Our downspout was overflowing and unable to handle the volume of water. Tip Tough was very thorough and professional. They followed up to ensure all was satisfactory. They really care about their customers and do great work.

We moved into our house just over a year ago and have used Tip Top three times since. The first was to improve the capacity of our eaves troughs on our flat roof. With heavy rain, the troughs would become overloaded and water would gush down the side of the house, and on a couple of occasions, leak into the basement. Tip Top also did our fall 2012 eaves cleaning, and this spring they repaired a large leak on the front downspout.

The quality of their work was proven this past week when Toronto had the largest single day rain fall on record. All of the repairs worked as promised. The rear downspout was able to keep up with the 103mm of rain that fell, and the front leak repair held and our basement stayed dry.

Pierce and his team have been great to work with. We were provided with a timely written quotes for all of the work, and the work was completed as described and on time. I would recommend Tip Top without hesitation.

I used Tip top Trough this past Spring to clean my eavestroughs, they showed up at the time/date promised, were professional, efficient and left the place neat, placing all debris in a yard waste bag for us. The person who completed the cleaning also suggested that we add a second downspout due to the length of the home as he mentioned there could be water spurting out of the eaves. I didn't initially think to add the second downspout but upon heavy rainfall I noticed he was right, water was spurting out of the sides of the eaves and causing water to fall near the sides of the home near the foundation. I called them again and arranged for a second downspout to be installed. Again, they showed up at the date/time agreed and did an efficient and neat job. I would definitely recommend them for their professionalism and the fact they get the job right the first time.

Also, dealing with Pierce was very easy. He provides a prompt response and answers any questions you may have.

During the previous big windstorm, one of the gutters went flying and I called Tip Top Trough based on the positive reviews. Pierce was very responsive and he - himself - came right away to replace the part.
