A perfect job from start to finish. They came on time, eaves perfectly cleaned and also a good cleanup round the house of all the stuff that fell from the eaves.

Tip Top Trough removed and disposed of existing eavestrough and downpipes and installed new ones. The two man crew worked virtually non-stop from 8:30 AM to 6 PM. The job was tidy and the installation was well done. The premises were cleaned after the job was complete. The office staff were also very helpful from start to finish and enjoyable to deal with.

Tip Top Trough responded to my inquiry for a service estimate in a timely manner and quoted a very reasonable price. I hired the company and they followed up with me in a timely manner to explain the work which will be completed to relocate the downspout. From the first call to completion, the much needed emergency repair was done within the day.

Needed cleaning of eavestroughs. Prompt response with booking request with a timeline. Explained payment options and who was coming to do the job and roughly when that day. The team took the time to introduce themselves and explain what they would be doing.

We notice water dripping down the side of our house from what appeared to be the eavestrough. We called Tip Top Trough under the recommendation of my parents (they had done great work for them before). Despite being very busy, Tip Top was able to fit us in after giving us a detailed quote and explanation of that that was required over the phone.

The team members that came to do the work were efficient and thorough. They took pictures and videos to show me what was wrong. It turns out it was a leaky roof that caused the problems and Tip Top was able to recommend someone to complete the work.

The company responded to our emails promptly and answered all our questions. The workers were prompt, professional and polite. They cleaned up the property nicely after the work was done. I would definitely have them return next season.

After wind damage TTT replaced gable and perfectly matched color to other pieces. Job wasn’t easy due to location of gable.
