An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
In August 2006 my wife and I were thrilled when we bought our first new home straight from the builder himself. The house was beautiful on the inside and out….or so we thought. Two years after moving in we get a huge flood in our basement, the water was pouring in from the basement walls and soaked everything….a real nightmare for those who have never had the pleasure. Our Water proofer suggested we disconnect our downpipes to prevent any potential repeat and conveniently we received a flyer from Tip Top Trough in the mail. They were able to disconnect the custom copper downpipes and exit them in convenient locations around the entire house. Their work was impeccable and the copper looks great!
