We hired Tip Top because they were the most responsive company we contacted, and they seemed to have the best ideas on how to fix our leaking eaves and downpipe.
They removed our leaf guard and cleaned the trough, re-sloped the eaves, installed a splash guard where water was rushing off our flat roof, and put in a larger downpipe in place of a PVC pipe (which was ugly and too small for the amount of water coming off the roof).
The job looks good -- the downpipe is very straight with three challenging elbows -- and we've had a couple of heavy rains with no leakage.
