Installation of new eavestroughs and downpipes
Working with team from Tip Top Trough was an absolute pleasure.
We received a very complete professional quote from Pierce and the crew that was sent was obviously very experienced as they were able to install all the eaves, soffit and downpipes in a single day (which included working until 10 pm). I was also impressed that instead of simply putting new soffit of our rear patio as was planned they immediately noticed that the rear flat roof was leaking and advised us to get the roof repaired prior to completing their work. The crew sent a number of photos that clearly showed the damage so that we could then start making arrangements to having it repaired.
Upon having the flat roof repaired the team from Tip Top came back promptly to complete the work on the rear patio as requested.
Shantal was amazing at head office and I knew that if I had any concerns I could text or email her and get a quick response.
