Exceptional experience .The customer service that I noticed from Miracle Movers was excellent . We were extremely impressed about searching a moving company that produce of high quality stressful serve. The move was incredible. Exceptionally experienced from the first phone call to reserve. All instructions was administered up front and completely as defined. The staff that picked up and delivered all the goods they loaded very attentive, professional, and rapidly . The staff was courteous with the walls, railings, and ceilings that surrounded my small staircase. Great staff !!! I will certainly apply them again. I really recommend their service to everybody.

Great service Miracle Movers!!! They have great customer service over the phone. Movers arrived on time and ready to go. So, we moved a 4 bedroom house. The staff came in with 3 men and a big truck. Movers were very professional, excellent and respectful. They were very carefully when moving the furniture, covered everything with thick moving blankets for protection. The team knew how to organize well all our belongings so that truck space was utilized efficiently, everything was packed perfectly. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was unpacked. Great miracle service for a great price!!!

Just used Miracle Movers company this past Friday, we moved within Montreal. They were on time, very polite and professional, and they worked so fast! Did such a great job! The team of two were so careful with all my furniture. There were no hidden fees, which is an issue we've run into in the past with other moving companies, and the price was exactly as quoted. If we move again well probably use these guys again

Miracle Movers is a great company that I can definitely recommend to all of my friends if they are ever looking to move. I was very satisfied. The move was cheap and the movers were hardworking and skilled.

I feel mixed about this company - the movers were nice guys and fairly efficient. However, in the end I was disappointed in the head office. I had corresponded in advance with the company regarding my piano, which is very large. My worries about it were alleviated by the fact that they asked for photos and measurements before making any kind of agreement. The photos included the piano itself plus the entrances at both houses.

Unfortunately, the shape of the staircase up to my new house made it impossible to get the piano in, and we had to cut one railing off. I asked for compensation, as I'll have to pay a metal worker to fix it. Their response was threefold: 1) the piano could have been moved in despite the railing, but there would have been "severe exterior damage 2) they couldn't have assessed this from the picture and 3) it was my idea to cut the railing so it's not their problem. (They also, by the way, told me that they knew it was going to be difficult - this was not shared with me in advance.)

I believe they're probably a decent company for uncomplicated moves, but I wish they were more forthcoming about the difficulties they had anticipated. I would strongly recommend finding someone else if you have a piano. They should not advertise themselves as piano movers without having more expertise.

The movers were on time and worked quickly. They were very friendly and careful. They asked questions on specific items and did not attempt to move items that were not to be moved. They were the least expensive mover in the area. Fantastic service fantastic price.
