Not impressed with this company when it came to take responsibility for damages items they told me that the damage was already there prior to the move.. of course they didn’t do much of investigation on the matter except talk to the movers who denied that they damaged the items.. so the company took their word over the mine.. talk about customer service.. not impressed at all and to top it all off the movers kept on asking if I could pay them cash ..Really!! And they also asked for a tip at the end of the move and wouldn’t leave without one.. never again... their customer service is lacking big time.. after the move I pointed out some damaged items and the movers started talking polish very rude so I couldn’t understand what they were saying.. not impressed at all.. don’t let them fool you..

Dear Maria, we are sorry to hear that you are not impressed. However we do not appreciate incorrect and misleading statements in your review. For the purpose to clarify the details of this claim for anyone reading this reply, we feel necessarily to comment on the false statements:
i. Movers have reported to the client of preexisting damage of 1 item at initial arrival address, therefore Miracle Movers shall not be liable for the damaged occurred prior to the move
ii. Miracle Movers admitted the damages for rest of the items and offered the compensation in accordance with its policies and Ontario Regulations
iii. Moving bill was not paid in full. According to the policy Miracle Movers (as well as any other moving company) shall not proceed with the claim if the bill was not paid in full
iv. Yes, the first language of the movers is not English, even though it doesn't sound melodic, movers did not intend to be rude while speaking different language
The claim was accepted and processed in due way. However you have not accepted the compensation as well as refused to cover the bill in full.
