Be very careful with this company. They have high ratings but I let that trick me. They suggested two movers for my move of furniture from a small storage to my home. I gave them a complete list of all the items I had in the storage. They arrived 3 hours late and did not set anything up because it was late at night by the time they finished unloading the truck. Wardrobe boxes and assembly were supposed to be included. I didn't receive either. Apparently wardrobe box especially are for "loan". After the move it was he'll on earth to get a manager to call me back.
Be careful to get everything in written.

Dear Amanda, we loaded your goods from a 10x15 unit which is considered as medium sized. We did have a rough list of items to be moved, however it was by far a complete list. Regardless of that, contrary to our agreement and rates for a 20ft long truck, we sent you a bigger truck (24ft long) at no extra cost to speed up the entire relocation (note: it takes a lot more time to pack up smaller trucks). We did apologize for the delayed arrival (2.5 hrs delay) and refunded 10% from the hourly rate as compensation.
Regarding assembly of your furniture, although basic furniture disassembly and reassembly is included in our moving services, movers will not attempt this task without direct request from customer. Movers are aware that the moving budget is a priority for our customers and therefore they are somewhat reserved about furniture dis/assembly which always adds more time on the final moving bill.
