I interviewed many contractors before choosing Dave Marcotte to excavate and install new weeping tiles and a sump pit on our property. He provided me with a competitive estimate and was very knowledgeable about the needs of my property to address a water infiltration issue. Weather made it so the start of the work was delayed, however, Dave kept in touch and was ready to answer any questions.
Before the work started, Dave walked through the job site with me to address any concerns or questions I had. I really appreciated his "no problem" attitude.
He was very accomodating regarding requests, such as breaking up and taking away a large cement slab in the backyard without charging extra.
His crew was well, organized, experienced and courteous. The work was completed on time with no surprises. Throughout the process, Dave remained in touch and filled me in on the progress.
After the work was done, there was a plumbing issue that may or may not have been caused by the digging. Regardless, Dave brought in a plumber and fixed the issue. Again without charging any extra.
