After a foundation crack was filled, I decided to install an egress window, mainly to allow more light into the basement recreation room.

Due to covid, it took a while for things to get going, but, after getting a call on a Sunday afternoon, the wheels went into motion. Monday morning, a team was there to dig a trench and clear out the space for the window including a sub-contracted company coming in to cut the concrete in order to make room for the new window. On day two, the window was installed and the soil and grass were replaced as well as a steel guard to support the trench. Other than waiting for the window installer to come and fix a gap on the upper exterior of the window, everything appears to be 99% complete.

The problem with the house/garage foundation was assessed and I was given a description of what need to be done, when work was to begin and the cost.
All materials were brought in and work started on the date agreed on.
Everyone from the company was courteous and work was finished on time without any disruption to our household. Site was left neat and clean.
