Dave was very responsive to my request for a polyurethane foam injection of a vertical crack in my home foundation. Other companies just never responded? He quickly gave me an estimate based on an e-mail pic. I said OK.
A member of Dave's team arrived at the projected time, bang on schedule. He worked carefully for more than an hour to get that crack fixed, looking inside and outside to see if the foam was penetrating the 8" wall. It was indeed for which I thank him. I now feel comfortable heading towards the winter.
Criticisms? The team member was here until 7:00pm and probably missed dinner with his family! But that's my fault asking for such prompt and excellent service!
