Install cold and hot water shutoff valves
I needed 2 water shutoff valves installed under my sink for cold and hot water. Basically, shut off water supply, cut the pipes, install 2 new valves.
Provided service was prompt and efficient.
I've had some discontent initially because the price was not quoted to me until I was charged for service visit. However, I've got a good follow up call from Water Works, I've explained to them what the issue was, hopefully in the future they will be providing ballpark price estimations before charging a fee for service visit.
Because they have followed up with me and asked what could they do to improve their services I'm ready to give them a good rate now. This company takes customer satisfaction seriously.
