We're very pleased. This wasn't an emergency situation but they were easy to book and very professional. Showed up on time (even called to confirm technician was en route) and quickly assessed/solved the problem without trying to add a lot of extra services. Hope we don't have to call again but will not hesitate to do so if needed.
