New water piping (mixing valve leak), new laundry drain, new laundry hoses.

Michael came on time, provided accurate estimates, and explained exactly what needed to be done. The work was clean and neat, and extremely well done. He was a great pleasure to have in our home, and we would never use any other plumber ever again. I'm excited to have hot water, dry floors, and peace of mind. I will be actively sharing the recommendation with friends who don't already use Water Works.

Approximate cost of services:
$1,565.00

UPDATE: Laundry drain kit leaking after 1 year and 8 months, after paying $475.79 to replace it. Was told that it may not be under warranty and there would be a charge to come out and look at it if it wasn't under warranty, even if I didn't agree to go ahead with work. Going with another plumber so as not to spend good money after bad.

The follow up visit should be free for a $1565.48 invoice ($475.79 of which was laundry drain). Understood that if there is work that is not warrantied there would be a charge to go ahead and fix it, but I do not agree that there should be a charge to simply come out and survey the work that was done before and is now leaking.

Mike (the owner and master plumber) is a nice guy, we talked for quite awhile and I shared dinner with him....but I was hoping for a repair that would last longer than 1 year and 8 months. Pictures available upon request, please contact me for further details.
