Leaking water pipe for washroom basin
Jean and George were both very friendly and you could tell they genuinely wanted to help with my problem before, during and after the house visit. So for customer service, I would definitely rank these guys very high. Quality of work and ability/willingness to answer my questions were all great.
The sole reason for the 9 though is that their prices definitely are on the high side. Having done a leaky pipe repair in my furnace room a year earlier from Direct Energy, I know the Water Works price was almost double for what was pretty comparable amount of work. The desire to please the customer was much greater with WaterWorks, that's for sure, but is that worth the far greater price? You decide.

Thank you very much for your input.I am not so sure that the work that we did was the same as Direct Energy. But,if you were to shop and compare the cost of the job that we did you would find that our prices are very much in line with everyone else's and sometimes even lower.
