Michael, the owner, sent one of his technicians over to fix a burst external pipe last spring. Unfortunately, the pipe burst again this spring due to it's exposure to the elements over the winter season.
Michael very graciously came over and repaired the burst pipe for us again this season at no charge.
Randa is very helpful, friendly and efficient.
I would use Michael and his services again in the future, if needed.
