Leaking Kitchen Sink, General Plumbing
Left a message with Water Works on late Saturday night and Michael promptly called Sunday morning and came by the house on Sunday afternoon. It was not an emergency but it left our kitchen sink unusable.
I am very particular person and Michael met all my expectations. He was extremely professional, friendly, efficient and competent. He had all the parts in his truck. He answered all my questions and I was so impressed with Michael that I had him fix all the other lingering plumbing problems (broken toilet handle, faulty shower knob) while he was at my house. He uses a price chart so you know exactly what you are paying for parts and labour.
I will be definitely be calling Water Works for any future plumbing problems. Thank you Michael!
