Larry was friendly and does good work, but I am not a fan of general pricing. I had to talk them down from 1500. When I asked why the price ( before taxes) was $1300, they just said that's the price, no break down. Sorry but even car dealerships give you price breakdowns. Personally for plastics piping it was overpriced. You do good work but I can't afford you guys.

Hi David,I am really sorry to hear that you had issues with the price as we'd discussed the price and what was involved with your job before we started.
Also, I'm not sure why you say that you needed to talk me down in price as we have standard pricing for all of the jobs we do, and to fix the leak with the existing inferior piping in your condo ended up being quite a bit of work.Given we had discussed exactly how much it would cost I'm not sure how you could say you couldn't afford us after we did what we said we would do for the price we said we would do it for, and that you'd agreed upon before we did it.
If you knew, before we started, that you were not satisfied with the quote, why would you have waited to tell us this? It would have been better for you to get additional quotes or even hire other plumbers you felt were more in line with your budget. Again David, thanks for using Waterworks, and saying that we do good work. Thanks for saying Larry was a nice guy, I think he's a nice guy too and I'd say most people on this site would say that we're pretty reasonable, upfront, honest nice guys.
