This is the 4th time I have relied Michael at WaterWorks Plumbing. As a result of the power outage from all the rain, our high water alarm in our sump pump was triggered and beeped all night long. In the morning, the beeping hadn't stopped. I called WaterWorks because of the quality service that we had received in the past and was was not disappointed. Michael was able to come out and solve the problem (free of charge!). The personal service that we have been accustomed to is the primary reason why WaterWorks is our go-to plumbing company. Thank you!
(p.s. Homestars - I've written several reviews and have not once received a gift card as advertised. Know that my sole reason for taking time to write reviews is not for the gift cards, but it would be nice to be recognized for helping not only the companies under review, but also Homestars.
