Very pleased with Waterworks Michael was very knowledgeable and available to determine the problem quickly and what needed to be done. Alex and his assistant worked quickly and were able to get their part of project done quickly. They arrived on time and cleaned and removed the debris after removing the shower pan and drain pipe installing new pan, drain and tiles. Michael and Ethan were able resolve the tap replacement problem which allowed the shower work to be completed on time. At the same time there were a couple unrelated to shower issues and work was completed taking the time to ensure the work was completed properly and all issues around the shower stall resolved.
Rupinder in the office was excellent in get the appointments booked and informing me to the timing and who was coming- and they arrived on time. She also made sure I received all the documents required for get the work approved by the condo management.
They are returning next week to complete additional work that was not part of the original project as it was determined there were potential issues in the 2nd bathroom.
