This was my second service with Waterworks and, again, it did not disappoint. Alijah and his assistant trainee, Hashim, were efficient and courteous. Alijah is knowledgeable and competent. He always listened to me and explained accordingly. Rupinder, my first and last point of contact, has terrific customer service skills. I will continue to use this company .
