Shower leak

I had an issue with the performance of one the company's employees.
I spoke with Santina who spoke to Valentin , the owner.
The company stands behind their brand, and resolved the issue to my satisfaction
I realize that one person does not represent the entire company
I will use the company again, as they demonstrated that they want to make their customers happy

Approximate cost of services:
$0.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

Never Again

I contacted this company after reading great reviews on Homestars
I called the main number and was told from dispatch that a plumber would be at my house between 2-4 p.m.
Yuri contacted me at 4 and said he couldn't come and postpone until the next day. I had a ceiling leak and needed it looked at
He arrived at 8:30 and said it would be $180 to diagnose
I agreed and he said it was a leak in my guest bath shower. I told him it hadn't been used in months.
Long story, he didn't show up at 10 am. as promised, kept stalling and finally showed up at 5 after I said I was getting another co.
I was charged $429 to have the tub spout with diverter and silicone
He didn't charge me to clean my bathroom drain of clogged hair because I was so upset
I took a shower the next morning and stains appeared on my ceiling
I called Admiral Plumbing and the problem was diagnosed as coming from my ensuite. They fixed the problem for almost half the price
I tried contacting DrainCom before posting this review and have not been contacted by a Supervisor
Very disappointed, NEVER AGAIN!
