Drain Com

I contacted Draincom to install a new shower kit, shut off valves in my vanity, a roman tub kit in my bath and too replace 2 leaking shut off valves under my kitchen sink. Alec and his partner arrived at 2:30 p.m. and worked non stop until 10:30 to get the job done. They only stopped when it was discovered that a valve for the tap that I had ordered for the roman tub from the U.S. was missing. I had to reorder the piece and Alec promised to return and install it when I received it. I just wanted to comment on how professional these fellows are. Alec took the time to explain to me exactly what he was doing, and set to work to get it done. They had to work under very difficult circumstances to install the shower kit without damaging any tile. Access was gained from the sheet rock on the opposite side of the shower, and the tile they had to remove from around the roman tub to gain access to the pipes to install the new faucet and taps was done very professionally. They cleaned up after themselves, and even wore covers over their boots. I am happy I found Draincom and would recommend them to friends and family. Alec keep up the good work.
