I spent a lot of time doing my homework and talked to as many companies as I could (10+) before deciding to go with Draincom. Carl was my main point of contact at Draincom and he was very professional and informative. He offered up his suggestions and recommendations without going on a ‘sales offensive’ which made Carl stand out among the rest. Carl’s quote was competitive which was good but it was his dedication to customer service which really made my experience with Draincom a great one! I have not worked with others at Draincom but if they are anything like Carl I would jump at the opportunity to enlist their help in the future.
