I called DrainCom and setup the appointment within couple of days. The representative came on time and provided to me several options how to reduce the possible basement flood in a feature. Unfortunately July 8th brought city sewage to my basement. The work was scheduled two weeks later and finished within 3 days including city inspection. I think DrainCom presents fast, responsive, and professional service. The estimates matched the final bill. Workers did the project with a good quality and cleaned the place after the job.
