Speers Flooring

I purchased Torly's Evertile Premier luxury vinyl tile at Speers Flooring to cover our kitchen, hallway, bathroom, and a small section of an entrance way in a studio. We hired our handyman to install the flooring. The tile is quite impressive, 5/16" x 12" x 24" with a cork backing which eliminates the need for under padding. The Speers rep. was very helpful in choosing a suitable tile. He sent us home with several samples including the Bridgewater which we chose. He advised the flooring could be laid over our existing vinyl sheet tile so no need to rip it up and install new floor boards. We did rip out the old ceramic tile in the bathroom, but only due to height restrictions. We are very satisfied with the results and we cannot say enough about the quality of the Torly's tile. It's almost like walking on a cloud with a warm feeling underfoot. Before shopping at Speers I obtained quotes from professional flooring contractors and although they were knowledgeable with a great line up of flooring choices the costs in comparison were rather outrageous. They refused the job if it meant laying tiles over my existing floor so their quotes were triple over what I paid fir my flooring projects. Speers gave me the confidence to avoid unnecessary labour and materials with their advice and choice of flooring. I saved a bundle. My only concern with Speers is their policy of not taking back unopened tile packages. I ended up making 3 trips to buy additional boxes to avoid being stuck with tiles I didn't need. This is a small point, but that's my feedback.

Speers Flooring installed Vinyl EverWood floor in our Kitchen Hallway Powder Room and Laundry room. It was very tricky to find a floor that wood work in all these area's. With the Expert advice of
the Speers Flooring sales staff Mathew. Peter and Vince Ricci we were able to select a floor that looks fantastic and is very comfortable to walk on. Andre the Installation crew manager gave good advice with direction of the boards to get the best appearance.
Joe did a fantastic installation job in these rooms with very challenging configuration and corners. He was very punctual polite and a true professional precise craftsman and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Speers Flooring anytime it was a real pleasure.

We purchased flooring , that we installed ourselves, and fireplace cladding, that we had installed. The service we received in store, on delivery, and during the install were excellent. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. The flooring was very easy to install. The products are very high quality, and we are thrilled with how it all looks.

The Speers flooring team was extremely helpful from the visit to the store, to the home visit and the installation.

We were on the verge of completing arrangements with another retailer and decided to visit Speers Flooring for a look at their products. We were immediately greeted by Sales Associate, Michelle Callaghan who provided us with excellent product knowledge in a friendly and non-aggressive manner. Michelle gave us a "ball park" quote which was a considerable improvement over the quote from the other retailer. Measurements and quote were finalized by Vinc Ricci (Owner/Manager). We picked a "Torley's" laminate product which was priced very competitively. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our new floor which was completed last week. Installation by Derek and his son was most professional. They are proud and skilled tradesmen! It was a pleasure having them in our home!

We purchased hardwood floors and required installation in the second level of our home. From the quotation, point of sales process and install I can honestly sale this project was a pleasure. Everyone we dealt with were very knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful. Special thanks to Vince Ricci in assisting us with our purchase, and delivering our flooring the day of the project as we could not store the hardwood due to lack of space. Also, the installers Tomasz and his dad whom were excellent, fast, thorough and amazing. We love our floors.......Thanks to everyone at Speers and we will hire you again.

We used Speers to replace the living and dining room carpets with hardwood floors. The job included the removal and disposal of the carpets, supplying the hardwood and quarter-round, and the installation. Greg the coordinator and Joseph the installer were competent, helpful and punctual. The contract was clear and detailed, work completed on time and the price reasonable.

The crew came out within two days of the quote. They were on time did a great job and cleaned up the work site. They even hauled away a few pieces of the old wood for me. Very polite professional crew.

We just had the old broadloom replaced with engineered hardwood in three rooms of the apartment. During the job estimating meeting Dino and Thomas provided professional recommendations, backed-up by reasons. And then it came the time for installation. What a wonderful job done ahead of schedule and top quality. Thomas and his dead are a wonderful team to have in your house for a major renovation. Every day punctual, dedicated, fast but careful, focused on details to the level of perfection. Thomas is proud of his work.
His work ethics are exemplary. And on top of all of this...he is always cheerful and relaxed. One feels in good hands when watching Thomas use his skills. Nothing is complicated for him and his finished work is amazing. Can you believe that I felt sad when the work was completed? I won't have the pleasure of seeing his enthusiastic and energetic skills in action anymore. Thanks a lot Thomas and your dad. I was so lucky to have you do this work.
