I bought my vacuum power head and electric hose from Bill Massis at the home show two years ago. He was very knowledgeable about all the beam products. Since then I have gone back to buy a sock for the hose and bags. I drive from Oakville to shop at his store, his service is great.

I hired Crystaller to clean and seal my patio. After cleaning there were still stains, which I removed with a all purpose cleaner. I cancelled the sealing because they could even clean the concrete.
I am sorry that you weren't happy with our service Rob. At the time you met with me, the owner of the company, i had informed you that we cannot guarantee the removal of stains and that we would do our best to clean the surface.
Staff cleaned the entire surface and diligently worked on the stain, diminishing it from what it previously was. You contacted us and said you weren't satisfied. We then came out a second time and used even stronger chemicals, solvents to try to remove it completely. At Crystaller, we do not to use chemicals that may damage the integrity of the surfaces being treated.
Again, you contacted us and said you weren't happy. Being open and transparent, I reiterated that we would do our best, but could not guarantee the stains would come out. You then cancelled the sealing of the concrete and asphalt surfaces.
I strongly feel that this 0 review is unfair and unwarranted. There was constant communication with you, we treated the surface twice and you were informed from day one that there was no guarantee the stain would come out and we even gave you a discount on the cleaning service.
I could see you being disappointed if we promised we could get the stain out, but we never did.
We have been in business for 7 years and excel at customer service and quality. We won't make promises we can't keep and I strongly believe that most customers appreciate our honest and transparent way of doing business. We care more about retaining you as a repeat customer than we do about making a quick buck on a job.
I am glad you were able to remove the stain. I would love the opportunity to work with you again and add you to the list of over a thousand satisfied new and repeat customers that we have had over the past 7 years.
