When I contacted Advanced, Leo from sales team returned my call promptly. Provided a clear and concise quote. Price was reasonable. They started the project on time and roof was done in a few days. Did a reasonably well cleanup. There was a minor problem and after a few visits from very capable service team (Brian) it got resolved. I would recommend this company.

I would like to commend this company and Kevin Smith. I hired Advanced Roofing almost 5 years ago to put on a new roof (3,300 sq. ft.) At that time, I had never heard of HomeStars so did not review them.

A few months ago, a leak developed in my attached garage. Brian and Ivan came and spent 4 hours locating the leak and then fixing it with new shingles.

I am very pleased with the fact that Advanced Roofing honours its guarantee. They were prompt, courteous and thorough. For this reason, I rate them as a 10. If I were looking to have a new roof installed, I would want a company, such as this, who stands behind their work.

Advanced Roofing originally removed our shingles & eavestroughing for our roof. A year later in the winter we had leaks into the livingroom. We contacted Advanced Roofing and they came out explaining it was an ice dam and might be lack of insulation. The following year we had leaks in the same area and contacted Adavanced Roofing and Bryan realized the problem was that water was going under the shingles creating leaks. I contacted Kevin Smith who understood our situation and was very patient as I was upset. In conclusion Kevin removed the shingles and installed a water membrane and reshingled the roof at cost.
Bryan also noticed that the 4X8 roofing didn't have an inch drip overlap in a small area that was the cause of the leaks. Bryan corrected the problem and we have had no leaks since.
I highly recommend Advanced Roofing as they stand behind their warranty as well as making sure the customer is 100% happy with the job.
Again I thank Bryan and his team for superior workmanship and dedication to the job.
I give Advanced Roofing a rating of 10+ and look forward in the next couple years for a replacement of our flat roof membrane.

Advance Roofing did a great job from start to finish & exceeded my expectations. They were professional & the work was done timely fashion- I would highly recommend using them.

My husband and I just had Advanced Roofing replace our roof and flashings. They were great from day one when they provided the quote to the day they replaced the roof. They stated the roof in the morning and were finished early in the evening the same day. We didn't know who to call when we started to get quotes but my Dad had used Advanced Roofing 7 or 8 years ago for his roof and was very happy with them as well. We are glad we choose this company and glad my dad told us about them. Very happy with the look of new roof.

I have never taken the time to write a review of a company normaly I'm the first to complain. Advanced did our roof on our previous home approx 11 years ago and did a fantastic job without any problems and on time as well for the quoted price. When we bought our new home 3 years ago we thought we needed a new roof. We called Advanced and two other companies for quotes. The salesman from Advanced Roofing told us we still had a couple years before we had to replace the roof and didn't need to replace the roof at the time while the other two companies just wanted us to get the job done right away for approx the same price. Will we managed to wait two years and had the roof replaced in the fall of 2009 by Advanced Roofing who did a fantastic job once again. Thank you Advanced Roofing for being honest and doing a great job. All the best to everyone at Advanced keep up the good work
